Polishing
In our polishing service we have procedures that allow us to obtain standardized and satisfactory results.

We use non-toxic materials in our polishing and some with FDA certification to avoid contamination after polishing.

We use special FDA certified oil to lubricate punches and dies to prevent contamination and oxidation.

We use automatic and manual polishing methods.
We also have a face-to-face polishing service through "VAN Punch Care", where a professional with experience in punches and dies performs the service in a vehicle adapted for polishing and dimensioning, the advantage of this modality is to avoid sending the tooling outside the production plant performing the service"In Loco".
This option avoids the need to issue a invoice, transport service, suitable packaging for external transport, risk of losing tools, etc. However, we do not serve distances greater than 120 km from São Paulo-BR.
